Dinner Menu

In addition to the regular dinner menu, customers can select dinner features that change daily. Examples of some of our past offered features are Hamtramck Pierogies, Broiled Michigan Whitefish w/ Glazed Gulf Shrimp, Maryland Soft Shell Crabs and Grilled Gulf Shrimp with Savannah Style Rice. Warmer weather permitting, we also offer our slow roasted BBQ half chickens. Our fabulous half chickens are a guest favorite! They are slow roasted for 2 1/2 hours on our outside charcoal BBQ grills and basted every 15 minutes with our secret white BBQ sauce.
